The goal of this research was to design the pattern of osveh educational leader in education and training system and to assess Tehran school administrators based on this pattern. The methodology of the research was a mixed sequential exploratory of the instrument developing type using multiple case study in which the potential participants involve three groups of exemplary school leaders, Tehran seminary leaders, and school administrative and educational staff (focus groups) selected through purposive sampling and criteria techniques based on theoretical saturation of the research participants. Themes related to the exemplary educational leader were extracted as 89 basic themes (primary), 5 organizer themes (principal) and one pervasive theme, from in-depth semi-structured interviews with the participants and investigating Islamic documents, such as Quran and Nahjolbalaqa, and were designed as the network of osveh educational leader themes. osveh educational leader themes.

According to the Quranic verses both Men and women have a unique and similar identity and reality and no one of them is superior to another.In this research after exegetical investigation of some verses related to dignity and position of women, unsound commentaries and narrow minded receiving about social attendance and political participation of women in society and Islamic revolution were rejected according to two sects' opinions.In this library based method research after mentioning the evidences of political and social contribution of women in Islamic society from Quran and traditions the principals of permissibility of their political contribution in Islamic revolution were deduced and explained.

In the late decades of the twentieth century and early twenty-first century, sustainability has been one of the most prominent discussions in all areas especially in the architectural and urban spaces. This can be balanced by putting together 3 economic, environmental and society elements.Economic aspect is typically respected because of financial and profiting reasons by investors.Even though, in most cases, it is exteremly noticed and may give rise to some problems.Environmental subjects also have certain regulations and are noticed, but what is neglected is the social aspect of development. In the present research and article, the principles of sustainability of residential complexes are studied from the social dimension including: justice, aestheticism, comfort, welfare, security and children’s growth, social identity and other similar issues in Islamic-Iranian cities. In line with this idea, the social sustainability of residential complexes is surveyed from the viewpoint of Iranian experts and authorities to record and combine their valuable academic and professional experiences on one hand, and their life experiences in residential complexes on the other hand. Then through analyzing the resulting ideas, effective factors in sustainability bases of residential complexes are extracted. This is a research of an exploratory survey type which is performed on the basis of analysis, description and extraction of questionnaires’outcomes and discovery of sustainability bases and relations among them from the viewpoint, of authorities and social scientists to determine sustainable theoretical bases of residential complexes. In the next stage, comparing it with external facts, it will be possible to obtain scientific principles and architectural solutions. This purpose will be accomplished through regional research and organizing questionnaire among the inhabitants of complexes. These matters will come under consideration later.

Purpose: Managers are one of the important elements of an organization, for this reason, in order to draw the future of the organization, it is necessary for the planners to specify the conditions of their selection and appointment. Therefore, the current research has been done with the aim of identifying and analyzing the components of selecting future principals.Method: In this research, comparative and benchmarking method is used as a prospective approach. This approach is based on the belief that today's advanced organizations/countries can be considered as a model for the future of another organization/countries in their respective subjects. For this, first, the fields of comparison and benchmarking were determined using Brody's four-step comparison method; then the countries of Canada, Finland, Australia, South Africa, and Japan were selected according to the qualitative balance value in the international advanced TEAMS test, human development index, life quality index(health, instruction, and welfare), education quality index, and other scientific-scholarly indexes; finally, by extracting the criteria for the selection and appointment of principals through content analysis and comparison with Iran, the proposed framework for Iran has been presented.Findings: A total of 61 components for the selection of secondary school principals were identified from among the studies conducted in the selected countries in this article. By extracting the commonalities and differences of each of the components among the countries, it was found that the highest index of manager selection and appointment belongs to Japan and the lowest one is related to Finland.Conclusion: There are similarities between the components of selection of principals of secondary schools in Iran and selected countries. In Iran, special attention should be paid to important components such as adherence to religious principles, appropriate personality traits, creativity and innovation, motivation to develop capabilities, professional growth, power of supervision and accountability, social image, leader skills, and purposefulness and foresight.

This Paper is to answer this question that how the best system (nidham-al-ahsan) can be introduced as one of fundamental principles of Islamic economics. The hypothesis that the paper is to prove it is that the best system proposed in Islamic theology and philosophy explained with a Quranic approach, can be taken as one of philosophical principles of Islamic economics and make role as a proposition in theories of Islamic economics. The most important finding of this paper is that it shows how "fate", "divine rules", and "good and evil" that are of main elements of the best system from the viewpoint of Quran, are not in contradiction with growth and development and strengthen growth and development. Paper uses the comparative study and studies the classical economics. As the best system is a philosophical concept, its philosophical meaning has benn proposed at first and then its effects on economics have been studied. The interpretational approach of the paper is analytical-reason methodology. Accepting the best system a philosophical foundation for Islamic economics, is a new idea that has rarely been studied in the past.

Objectives: The present study intends to elucidate the trancendental insight Principles of human sciences, motivation principals and creative principals from the Holy Quran, s point of view. Method: The method of the research is exploratory-deductive. Results: The results of the survey from insight aspect indicate that human being is an alternation of god in trancendental human sciences insight while man considers him as alternative of god in common humanity and follows his or others sensual passion. human being in trancendental humanity intends to seek the satisfaction of the creator; even if it is against his own desires. the results of the survey from motivation aspect indicate that rational tendencies are more highlighted in trancendental humanity and other forces such as desire, anger and estimative powers should be under the supervision of rationality; while human, s tendencies are rooted in lust, harshness and sovereinty in common humanity. The results of the survey from creative aspect indicate that the humanhood of the man is rooted in his soul in trancendental humanity; therefore he is called alive theologian [hayye motaalleh]. In contrast the common humanity is rooted in the nature of the man and he is called rational animal. Conclusion: The author of the article conclude that based on the Islamic human sciences (transcendental humanities) the rules and theories of the holly quran and biography of the holly prophets – mohammad [P. B. U. H. ] in particular – have to be written and taught in universities and particulary seminaris [houzeh] and practiced in society.

The lack of Quranic approaches in the production of Quran-based humanities is still felt, despite the predominance of the philosophical approach in critical approaches to modern humanities, which has become very common in the Islamic world and in Iran for several decades. It seems that the capacity of the method of thematic exegesis (al-Tafsīr al-mawdū'ī, Arabic: التفسیر الموضوعیّ) in this regard, can be used to bring the Holy Quran into the field of humanities. Thematic exegesis, according to whether its subject is inside or outside the Qur'an, has several functions in criticizing the structure of modern knowledge and scientific research, as well as the production of Islamic humanities. It is possible to make use of thematic exegesis of the inside of the Holy Book of Quran in order to “fundamental criticism” of the general fundamentals of humanities -the fundamentals of epistemology, axiology, ontology and anthropology- and it is also possible to use thematic exegesis for constructing and producing foundation of humanities obtained from the Holy Quran. It is used by thematic interpretation exegesis of the outside of the Holy Book of Quran -such as Shahīd (martyr) Sadr’s interrogational approach- to answer the problems of humanities and this process faces challenges such as the complexity and multiplicity of the “subject” of the humanities that exist in modern terminology of this field. It can be used in order to solve this issue in some cases to know the process of the change of the components of the modern of the conceptual history’s approach and also by analyzing the issue into several components can be shown that the components are not necessarily a product of the modern era and can be followed up in the Holy Quran and can be found up in the Holy Quran. The perspective of the Holy Quran, after that, regarding the modern subject in the desired field by the “combining” of the results obtained based on the thematic interpretation.
